Discovery Call

You book your FREE 30-minute Zoom call at a time that suits you. This gives us a chance to make sure that this is the right fit and to get to know one another a little. This is your time, so please bring along any questions you may have! During or immediately after this call, I will advise on which support service is most suited to your needs.

Contracting

I send you a service package based on our conversation and your individual needs. If you are happy to proceed, you sign the contract and pay the first invoice and then your hours are reserved in my calendar, so you never have to worry about my capacity for your planned work.

Onboarding

It's time to get started! I'll ask you to share access to the tools and platforms your business uses, if required. We will prioritize the work areas, set up communication tools, by your preferred mode of communicating, and schedule regular check-ins.

Action

We establish our regular way working together, with plenty of space for adjusting the ways of working, and making sure that your deliverables are on schedule. You share feedback with me if you feel that anything needs tweaking and we continue along the path to shared success.
